Rightfooted Foundation began as an idea sparked by the speaking journey of our founder, Jessica Cox. What started as a way to share her own story of overcoming challenges has grown into a nonprofit dedicated to serving the armless community, especially children born without arms.
While many organizations support children with disabilities in general, few focus exclusively on this small but underserved community. That’s where we come in. Our purpose is simple: to fill the gap by providing families with practical tools, encouragement, and a supportive network that helps children thrive.

Jessica Cox is known worldwide as the first licensed armless airplane pilot, a fourth-degree black belt in Taekwondo, and an international keynote speaker. Her achievements break barriers, but her life story is about much more than accolades.
From learning to use her feet as a toddler to mastering complex skills most people take for granted, Jessica embodies adaptability and determination. She understands firsthand the challenges children without arms face—and the confidence that comes from overcoming them.
Her passion drives Rightfooted Foundation’s mission. Jessica’s personal journey fuels our programs and inspires children to believe that no obstacle defines their future.
Rightfooted Foundation is a focused movement dedicated to empowering children born without arms. How do we stand apart?
